At Belmont, It All Starts with TT
Towering Traditions (TT) is the unforgettable orientation experience welcoming new Bruins into the Belmont story. Our goal is simple: we want to connect you with the Belmont community as you set your college trajectory to align with your goals and dreams. We know beginnings aren’t everything, but they matter. TT is your Belmont beginning, designed to get you off on the right start.
THINGS TO DO
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
In order to prepare for course registration, all students are encouraged to watch these important videos before your summer orientation session. During your orientation session, you will meet with your academic college to learn more about specific courses and requirements for your major. All students will have an advisor hold on their account. This hold will be removed right before course registration on the day of the student’s orientation session.

JOIN YOUR
ORIENTATION SESSION
Each virtual orientation session is a one-day event that begins at 10:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time. Be sure to join the session for your assigned date. As a reminder, you’ll only be able to register for courses on the day of your scheduled orientation session.
Some orientation events require the use of Microsoft Teams to participate. Click here for a quick start guide to using the software.
